Hello I am Patricia Wojnar a professionally trained Civil Celebrant with a master’s degree in Bereavement Studies.

I feel privileged when someone contacts me to ask for assistance in creating a ceremony, be it a funeral service for a deceased loved one, a burial, interment of ashes, scattering of ashes or a memorial service, a pledging, exchange of rings or a renewing of marriage vows, a baby naming or any other occasion to be marked by a special ceremony. I am happy to help write a script, either a civil non-religious one or one that incorporates elements of religion according to your wishes and philosophy in life.

We can work together to choose poetry, readings, music and personal words to achieve a respectful and dignified ceremony to suit any particular occasion.

The type of service, the venue, the words the choice is yours.  I have officiated at funeral services in the deceased's family home, in their gardens, crematoria, funeral homes, natural burial grounds and graveyards.

Services for happier occasions can also be held in a place of your choice, in your home, a hotel or in one of the many local venues available for such occasions.

I have worked for four years in this area and have rich experience in creating ceremonies which honour any occasion.

Several weeks after your ceremony I will send you a bound copy of your service so the words will never be lost.
